Success Stories

How Problem Solving Changes Lives

This was one of the best professional development experiences I have attended. The instructors used storytelling, hands on activities, and real world examples to make complex concepts easy to understand and remember. Their energy and enthusiasm kept everyone engaged, and it was clear that their goal was not just to teach the material, but to ensure participants truly learned it and could apply it in their own organizations.

I have attended similar training through a Fortune 500 company, and this program exceeded those experiences in every way. The level of instruction, support, and attention to participant success was outstanding. I will absolutely recommend this training to our school system, fellow educators, supply chain management leaders, and businesses because I believe it can make a meaningful impact on any organization looking to improve and grow.

This course provided an excellent introduction to Lean Six Sigma concepts in a way that was both practical and engaging. The material was presented clearly, making complex topics easy to understand and apply. I left the course feeling inspired, more confident in my problem-solving abilities, and excited to bring these concepts into both my work and educational settings.

Take this course if you would like to learn and apply lean principles to your life. This course will help you gain knowledge and understanding of the technical language of process improvement methodologies. I walked into this training only knowing that lean meant reducing waste. I now know how to streamline outcomes and support continuous improvement initiatives.

I had the pleasure of working with Mabel on several continuous improvement projects while employed with Embraer Aircraft Maintenance Services. Mabel presented an extremely organized and detailed approach to our issues and sought to solve them with lean principles and practices. During events held in Brazil she brought her expertise to light by development of Kaizen ideas to streamline processes in an organization that was well beyond the curve. I have been completely impressed with Mabel and her abilities for years and she never fails to deliver on this expectation.

During a two-day Kaizen meeting, Mabel led a group of managers from different middle-mile transportation support teams. Our goal was to enhance the quality of commercial vehicle collision investigations, a critical area requiring precise and impactful solutions. This workshop was an excellent opportunity to see Six Sigma and Kaizen principles in action through the eyes of a seasoned expert like Mabel. Congratulations, and thank you to Mabel for orchestrating a successful and impactful meeting!

Working under Mabel’s leadership was an absolute pleasure. Always the consummate professional, she dedicated herself to living lean methodology and helping those around her understand and internalize process improvement. Her combination of competence in the discipline, patience to teach and mentor, and ability to clearly communicate are incredible assets.
